Nutritionally balanced, organic, seasonal meals delivered to your door

Our signature meals are described here in this menu for you to get an understanding of the type of food we create. We focus on providing a balanced diet with delicious plant-based options. However, we also incorporate ethically sourced fish and meat occasionally, depending on your menu plan. This approach is proven to be more sustainable as it reduces our carbon footprint while still ensuring we get essential minerals and trace elements from animal protein.

 

Our meals are designed to provide ample vegetable protein, so you won't miss out or become protein deficient. You don't have to worry about getting all the right nutrients as your prescribed menu will be packed with everything your body needs. We can customize the deliveries and menu plans to keep up the diversity and ensure your body remains satisfied and fully nourished. All menu plans and deliveries will be different, supplying fridge fills, lunch or dinner only, families or single portions, or even just breakfast and snacks.

Lunch 

Turkish persimmon and goat cheese salad

persimmon, goat cheese, green olive, pistachio, mint, pul biber chili, cubed dates, red romaine

Walnut balsamic vinaigrette 

Roasted seeded crackers, cashew cheese

 

Dinner

Hake and prawn curry with coconut and lime

Millet pilaf with peas, broccoli, and mange tout

 

Breakfast

Chia seed overnight oats fruit cup, the GREEN smoothie

 

Lunch 

Vegan lasagne with courgette and cashew cheese 

Butter lettuce with mixed seasonal herbs, spring onion, toasted hazelnuts, shaved pecorino 

Hazelnut balsamic dressing 

 

Dinner

Rice crumb air-fried okra, toasted peanuts, vegan aioli

Grilled organic corn ribs with paprika, coriander, and ghee

Grilled BBQ tofu steaks/or grilled BBQ organic chicken breast

Kefir, overnight oats, sliced apple, honey, pumpkin seeds, milled fax seed

 

Lunch 

Gochujang roasted and cubed tempeh with Kimchi red cabbage and carrot slaw with buckwheat spinach crepes, coriander, avocado, gem lettuce, soy and lime dressing

 

Dinner

Green goddess soup- topped with cubed tofu, Hemp hearts, germinated spiced sunflower seeds, cheese toastie

Ribbon massaged kale- jalapeño- mint- hemp hearts- shaved broccoli- sesame seed- sunflower seed- avocado- vegan Parmesan- radish- sourdough croutons

Cornish grilled seabass in miso soy marinade, roasted Brussel sprouts with miso mustard sauce and black sesame, roasted sweet potato wedges with nigella, lime, coriander, and tahini yoghurt sauce

Pompoms, sumac, hemp hearts, baby cucumbers, pomegranate, tomato, toasted pistachio

Red wine vinegar and lemon

 

Dinner 

Sesame crusted tuna tataki with miso mustard sauce, sesame and tahini green beans, quinoa pilaf with chive, coriander, sugar snaps, and bok choy

Overnight chia pudding with oats, fresh berries, kefir, honey, vanilla

Probiotic Mediterranean Bowl 

Chickpea couscous- parsley/dill/coriander- shaved broccoli and cauliflower- sun dried tomatoes- sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds- hemp hearts- red onion- red cabbage kraut- green olives- cubed tofu- yoghurt harissa dressing
