Ingredients:
2 tbsp capers
3 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp chardonnay vinegar
Juice of one lemon
4 tbsp brewers yeast flakesÂ
3 tbsp white miso paste
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp aquafaba
50ml water
150ml rapeseed oil
Â
Method:
Blend everything but the oil in an immersion blender. Transfer to a food processor and slowly drizzle in the oil until thick. Be careful not get it too thick, as it needs to be loose like a dressing. If it has gone too far, loosen with a whisk of a little olive oil. Should be thick and creamy like pancake batter. Â
