1 small 2 x 2in chunk of frozen spinach

1 pear, frozen

1 scoop vanilla pea protein

1 tsp spirulina powder

1 tsp organic whole tahini

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp vanilla paste

½ tsp cinnamon

400 ml oat milk
