About the Recipe:

Ingredients:
2 handfuls organic spinach or kaleÂ
1 frozen banana
1 handful frozen berries of your choice
*it is fine to take a variation of cut frozen fruit to mix up your nutrition intake
1 scoop plant protein powder (Mahacha is a great brand)Â
1 scoop spirulina or chlorella powder
1 tbsp moringa leaf powder
2 tablespoons Brazilian mega powder mix *optional (see recipe below)
1 tbsp Fruit syrup/coconut nectar/honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 cup oat/coconut/nut milk and/or can make fresh (see recipe below)
1 cup coconut waterÂ

Brazilian Mega Powder Mix:
*keep in a tight container and will last for one month, yield about 8 smoothies
Ingredients:
2 tbsp maca
2 tbsp bee pollen
2 tbsp lucuma
2 tbsp camu camu
2 tbsp goji powder
