Pistachio and Hazelnut Dukkah

About the Recipe:

*for nut-free version substitute sunflower/pumpkin/sesame seeds

* keeps for 1 month


Ingredients:

100g toasted crushed hazelnuts

100g toasted crushed pistachios

5 tbsp roasted crushed coriander seeds

4 tbsp roasted crushed cumin seeds

3 tbsp roasted crushed brown mustard seeds

4 tbsp roasted crushed fennel seeds

1 ½ tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp salt

1 tsp fresh ground black pepper 


Method:

Mix well. Keep in an airtight container until ready to use.
