Ingredients:
1 medium carrot
15g ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
100ml rapeseed oil
100ml sesame oil
2 tbsp tamari
4 ½ heaping tbsp white miso
100 ml water
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp honeyÂ

Mix well in immersion blender to combine.Â
