Ingredients:
150g 24-hour soaked red lentils
150g water
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
25ml rapeseed oil
*Need 11.5cm mold or similar. If you do not have access to a mold, then you can freestyle them with this measurement in mind.Â
Â
Method:
Rinse the lentils until the run clear in a strainer. Add all the ingredients to a blender until a thin creamy batter forms. Let it stand 10 minutes. Heat a small frying pan with a couple teaspoons of oil. Place the mold onto the pan and lightly pour the mixture into mold, careful to not be heavy handed or the crepes will become too thick. Remove after about a minute. Flip over and repeat until all fried. Lay on paper towels until ready to serve.Â
