About the Recipe:
Very simple little garnish to enhance just about anything. Savoury granolas were kind of popular in the gourmet world a few years back, but I kind of revived it for a lot of recipes as its adds extra protein, nutrients, and texture to simple plan vegetarian dishes.

*Can be used to toss through salads, vegetable dishes, healthy snacks, or over fish and meat as a garnish

Ingredients:
130g Pumpkin seeds
60g Sunflower seeds
65g sesame seeds

2 tsp chana chaat
1 tbsp soft brown sugar

In a small pot, heat 150g water. Add buckwheat and when at a simmer, cover and reduce to medium low and cook five minutes or until water has evaporated. Texture should be chewy.Â
