Buckwheat crepes

About the Recipe:

Just cant go wrong with a crepe. Especially when they are healthy, naturally gluten free, and you can put just about anything inside of them…

Ingredients:

70g soaked whole buckwheat (3 to 24 hours-24 is best)

1/3 tsp baking powder

1 heaping tsp gram flour

1/3 tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

100 ml water 

*Need 11.5cm mold or similar. If you do not have access to a mold, then you can freestyle them with this measurement in mind. 


Method:

Mix in a blender for about 2/3 minutes. Let the batter sit for about ten minutes. Heat a small frying pan and place mold onto a well-oiled pan. Pour a light measure of the mixture into the mold. Cook about 4/5 minutes each side.
