Ingredients:
2 loaves of quinoa and buckwheat bread (or what you can find)
1 jar of almond butter (pip and nut is my preferred brand)
3 bananas, sliced thinly
4 to 5 tbsp honey
Method:
Lay out the bread onto a surface. Spread all the slices with peanut butter thickly. Place the bananas on top of all the slices, covering the entire surface of the bread. Drizzle liberally with honey. Sandwich together the slices and cut diagonally.
