First, our seeds and seed grains are germinated. They represent the initial stages of plant life. This means that their nutrients have become activated to sprout into plants.This process significantly improves their nutritional profile. Enzymes are then activated, which results in increased levels of essential nutrients. This process also contributes to improved digestibility by reducing the presence of anti-nutrients, which can interfere with absorption.  Enzyme activity is also increased, which play a crucial role in various biological processes, such as digestion and metabolism.​

​Next, our seeds are dehydrated at a very low temperature. The reason being is that heat can destroy the delicate structure of seeds, forming harmful compounds and destroying the nutrients and enzymes. By slowly dehydrating them, we do not harm the seeds with any high heat, yet we can still achieve a tasty crunch and keep all the nutrients in tact. â€‹
