Our events cater to all dietary needs while still ensuring that everyone can enjoy a delicious and fun dining experience. We emphasize that just because someone has specific dietary requirements due to intolerances, allergies, health conditions, or cultural choices, it doesn't mean they have to miss out on the enjoyment of dinner parties and festivities. Thanksgiving Menu 2023

 

To start:

Candied and spiced pecans or walnuts

Mackerel pate served with gluten free seeded bread, crème fraiche, nigella, dill

Or

Smoked salmon or vegan sausage mini spinach buckwheat crepes with sour cream, red peppercorns, pickled red onion 

 

Buffet:

 

Roasted Whole Turkey with gravy/ mushroom meatballs/ crispy skin scratchings

Kale, vegan sausage, date stuffing with sourdough

Truffled buttermilk mashed potatoes

Roasted parsnips with fried sage, thyme, cinnamon, pomegranate

Christmas Menu 2023

To begin:

Smoked mackerel, red lentil crepes, with grilled pickled cucumber, and sour cream

Aubergine caviar service, buckwheat blinis, chive, onion, crème fraiche

Beetroot hummus, sumac, crudité

 Roasted Lamb shoulder with yoghurt harissa sauce, Kale and sourdough stuffing, pomegranate, rosemary

Giant butterfly prawns with sizzling miso mayonnaise

Baby roasted crispy potatoes, saffron ghee

Salt baked celeraic with thyme and warm spices, pomegranate, fried sage

Butternut and spinach pie with gouda and feta, curry leaf

Roasted Brussel sprouts, miso mustard sauce, chestnuts, thyme, fried vegan bacon
