Having initially transitioned from a career in fashion to become a nutrition-based chef, Tytania has developed a strong foundation in nutrition science and focuses on creating food that heals individuals rather than following general "healthy" guidelines and fads. Tytania seamlessly blends her passion for art and food. She brings a creative approach to her work as a chef and nutritional therapist. She believes that food is art and embraces the idea that artists can assume multiple roles and disciplines. 

Her culinary expertise is enhanced by her education in culinary nutrition from Leith’s in London and the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, alongside an MSc in food politics from Birkbeck University and ongoing naturopathic doctoral program (ND) in nutritional therapy at the School of Health. She is a registered nutritional therapist with FNTP and FHT.

 

She has an impressive clientele list, having worked for notable figures such as footballers, sheikhs, celebrities, and socialites. Tytania is also involved in developing menus and restaurant projects, showcasing her creativity and expertise in high-end nutrition-based cuisine.
